MEET THE SMITH FAMILY
We’re the Smith family, and this is Refined Fitness. What started as a long-time dream has now become a reality right here in the heart of Ola. Our passion for health, strength, and community is what inspired us to build a space where families can grow together and support one another.
For years, we’ve envisioned a gym that goes beyond workouts, a place where people feel encouraged, welcomed, and empowered. We wanted to create a space built on integrity, hard work, and genuine community, where every person who walks through the doors feels seen and supported.
Refined Fitness is our way of giving back to the community that shaped us. We believe in creating an environment where people can build strength physically, mentally, and spiritually while forming lasting connections with others.
WHY WE STARTED REFINED FITNESS
Our group classes are intentionally designed to make fitness challenging, fun, and accessible for everyone. Whether you’re just starting your journey or looking to hit new personal goals, our coaching style keeps things safe, structured, and motivating. We’re here to help you build confidence and strength one class at a time.
A GYM FOR EVERY FITNESS LEVEL
We know how important it is for parents to have the freedom to prioritize their health, and we also believe it’s powerful for kids to see that example early on. That’s why we’ve included a dedicated kids’ room — a space designed with families in mind so you can train without worry and your children can feel part of the process.
FAMILY FRIENDLY FROM THE START
More than anything, we want this gym to be a true asset to Ola and the surrounding areas. Our hope is that it becomes a place to fellowship, grow stronger, encourage one another, and build meaningful relationships both inside and outside the gym.
