Our racks and free weight setup allow us to coach foundational lifts while still accommodating group training. Whether you’re squatting, pressing, pulling, or hinging, the layout gives coaches clear sightlines and athletes the room they need to move well and lift with confidence.

Unlike big-box gyms, our space is built for small-group training. Class sizes are capped so coaches can cue, correct, and connect with every member. The result is better movement, better workouts, and better long-term progress.
