We offer four 13-week fitness challenges throughout the year, each created to keep you consistent, motivated, and progressing. These challenges give you clear goals and structured accountability so you always know what you’re working toward.

At the end of each quarter, we shift our focus to testing and celebrating your progress. Members work toward hitting new personal records in the four major foundational movements:

  • Squat

  • Bench Press

  • Deadlift

  • Pull Ups

This rhythm keeps training exciting, goal-driven, and deeply rewarding.

YEAR ROUND TRAINING STRUCTURE

Every 13-week challenge includes a 3D body composition scan to help you track progress beyond the scale. These scans give you:

  • Detailed measurements

  • Body fat and muscle distribution

  • Posture and alignment insights

  • Side-by-side progress comparisons

This deeper look allows you to celebrate real transformation, not just numbers.

Every class is coach-led, giving you support, proper form guidance, and the encouragement you need to push toward your goals. All equipment is provided, you simply show up ready to work!
