Currently, we are offering the class schedule below:
Monday - Friday: 5:30AM, 7:30AM, 10AM, 12PM, 4:30PM, 6PM
Saturday morning bootcamp: 9AM
We may add or change class times in the future to best accommodate our members’ needs.
What are the workouts like?
Classes typically last 1 hour. Generally, we start with 1-2 compound movements and follow that with accessory exercises and a ‘finisher’ that is more high-intensity/cardio feel.
Workouts are designed to be full-body so that missing a day doesn’t disrupt your programming.
When are the class times?
We break the year into four 13-week challenges. At the end of each challenge, we will test max strength on our compound lifts to see what kind of progress has been made over the 13 weeks. We will also do a Fit3D Body Scan to compare to your baseline scan.
You do NOT have to join at the beginning of a 13 week challenge to participate. You can jump in wherever we are and be set up for the next 13 week block.

What’s included in a membership?
A membership gives you access to unlimited classes. You can attend any class time of your choosing - you’re not locked into one particular time slot. Come whenever is convenient for your schedule!
All members also have access to the Fit3D Body Scan machine - which will breakdown your body composition, measurements, posture, and more. This allows us to track changes that the scale alone doesn’t always show.
How does billing work?
All memberships are paid on a month to month basis. No hidden fees, no long term contracts. If you need to cancel or pause your membership, just let us know.
